The original owner was Ms. Lilly, but is was a gift from cousins Kim and John. Ms. Forbes was pictured wearing this lovely denim dress with Governor Rounds of SD and a legislator AKA dampa
So, it really is historical but not in the context I was thinking...AND she is finally in a picture wearing something from her Auntie..Carole
